This is an hour long race BUT the first 5 minutes is basically straight cut porn. Best part is just after the 5 minute mark.

Noob question: hat's the benefit of straight cut gears? My quick searching shows they may be stronger, and can often result in a lighter/more compact transmission. Great for racecars.

But is this really necessary for a street car? Seems like it's just for noise (sure, cool, but could be annoying). They almost resemble a supercharger whine.
